The Book Club for Kids podcast is based in the smallest quadrant of Washington, DC - Southwest. It's a diverse neighborhood, home to Arena Stage, sunset cruise ships, and its famous fish market. The area was not treated kindly by urban renewal. Now, SW is experiencing another massive overhaul: new buildings, new neighbors, and a reinvented waterfront. The Crossing the Street SW Festival asked residents to define their neighborhood and imagine the future they'd like to see.
Book Club for Kids was there to ask kids of all ages our favorite question: "What's your favorite book?"
